Mike has been a long time member of K3 Pro Fitness and an ambassador for Slieve Mish
Credit where credit is due. This was no "quick fix" by Mike, but instead, consistent training week in week out.
Not a short term plan and then he's "finished" but a way of life that has lead him to the results you see today.
Anyone that trains with Mike, knows not only will he always will challenge himself but a great team player also. When it comes to his strength and cycling programme - Consistency is key!👌
You have to establish a way of being consistent - whatever that looks like for you. If you can't repeat it over a long period of time, then you can't have long-term success; instead you'll get burned out or fail to follow through. If you try something and it doesn't work, that's ok. Try something else. Don't give up.
Consistency isn't just about repeating an action every day, but constantly working towards improving yourself and learning more about what works for you. Sometimes a strategy only works for a period of time and then we plateau, so while you have to be consistent in some areas, you also have to be willing to change things up in others.
Mike's goal was not to get "ripped", instead it was to get "better", in classes, in strength, in his sport and in life.
As a result of getting "better" Mike has gotten "ripped"!!!
