We will open in May for organic vegetarian outdoor/ spacious indoor dining, drinks, scones, morning Yoga based stretching class. The accommodation will be open in a select/ safe capacity.we will incorporate live music, networking and informative talks, cookery classes to our weekly programme as much as possible.Find us on the R561 Castlemaine Dingle road. one mile west from Boolteens village 5 miles East from Inch Strand

Every great curry starts with roasting the spices until they are deep golden and smoky, this is our classic sweet potato and chickpea with finely diced onions and marinated tofu. After a long slow simmer, the finale is a generous dollop of coconut cream.

When the garden spills over in the kitchen. Already prepping for our qigong weekend 2nd to 4th October.
Run by Carol Chappell at the Phoenix. Our residential weekend always includes a 4 course dinner for with live music on Saturday evening from 7pm for non guests.
This year, Carol will be teaching an African Brazilian dance workshop with Martin on Tuesday 6th. October at 7 pm

Snowball is nineteen now.
What is your secret to longevity Snowball?
I sleeps a lot and hate all the other cats and love life in the slow lane unless a tasty rat crosses my path.
What's your favourite food Snowball?
I love waking my 2 legged fridge opener up in the middle of the night and having a good sup of milk, he is so obedient and willing I do it several times a night and at least i stops the snoring so then we all gets a bit of shuteye

We are now into the ninth month of the year. The year is flying by! As September is upon us we will be slightly changing our restaurant hours. They will be as follows:

Monday - closed
Tuesday - 3 to 9
Wednesday - 3 to 9
Thursday - 3 to 9
Friday - 3 to 9
Saturday - 3 to 9
Sunday - 1 to 8

We look forward to welcoming you into our restaurant!
