AMS athletes participated across the T100, Olympic and Sprint distances with excellent results all round.

Special mention to Paul Kelly who came 3rd overall 🥉in the T100, and Donal Sheehy who came 4th overall in the Olympic distance as part of the National Series. 💪🏼

Congratulations to Aoife and Alannah who both took on their first triathlons! 👏🏼

They still wouldn't be as good as AMS training camps!

A big thank you to .anne.haug who dropped in for a talk about all things triathlon with the athletes currently on our Lanza training camp.

The session was also live streamed and recorded for our AMS athletes back home to take in some world class advice too.

📸 The weekend's race round up.

As evidently seen in the photo 🚪 the tallest man in Liverpool, Niall completed Liverpool Half Marathon on Sunday 👏🏼 it's just a shame the football result didn't go as well later the same day!

Trading the colder climates for some sunshine 🌞 a big well done to Paul who finished Barcelona Marathon with a fantastic time of 2:41 💪🏼

Another solid weekend of racing with plenty more to follow.
