Just to let people know that traffic will be an issue going in to Castleisland in the morning, best to leave early.

Athletic county finals tommorow at An Ríocht track Castleisland. The parade is at 10 o clock and the first event starts at 10.30 sharp, we would ask all athletes to be there on time so we can do warm ups etc. Our club number is 18 so look for same when you come into the track. Wear t-shirt, shorts and runners. under 12 and up can wear spikes if they so wish. Bring sunscrean, packed lunch and drinks. We wish all the athletes the best of luck and most of all that you will enjoy the experience. looking forward to meeting you all there tommorow.

Athletics training tommorow Thursday 7pm, last session before competition at weekend. Event in Castleisland starts 10 o clock sharp Saturday and for those who qualify the finals will be Sunday. If anyone has a community games jersey at home would you bring it to training or Castleisland Saturday, thanks. Don't forget to bring water

Athletics training Thursday 7pm. Note change of day. Only a few more training sessions left until county competition in Castleisland on the 11th & 12th June. Important that all athletes try to make training to work on starts etc. We have relay teams entered and hope to work on these aswell on Thursday.
