To the beginner the push up may feel impossible ( it’s not)
It requires a certain amount of upper body strength to do it but technique plays a huge part.
As with most skills there is a step by step process.
Please note there are much more easier steps than posted on this video, it would take too much time to show you them all 😊

If you really want to perform a push up this year focus on the following
* Good form
* Not getting overwhelmed by it all
* Avoiding injury
* Controlling tempo
* Learn Safe body position
* Adapting range of motion to suit your ability
* Setting small achievable goals
* Staying relaxed
* Strengthening the supporting muscles
* Learning to breath through it
* Knowing when to rest
* Having patience

The other option is find a personal trainer that can show you exactly what to do 💪
