I’ve been absolutely blown away by the support everyone has shown since I launched this fundraiser. It’s not just the donations that have meant so much, but also the countless offers of help, encouragement, and support for the day itself.

Father’s Day is fast approaching, and on this special day I will be taking on a challenge in memory of my dad while raising funds for the amazing volunteers of the Castlebar Community First Responders and the Castlebar Order of Malta.

The care, compassion, and support they showed my dad and our family on the day of his passing will never be forgotten. Their kindness meant more than words can express.

This is my way of giving something back while helping them continue the vital work they do in our community every day.

On June 21st, Father’s Day, I’ll be taking on a special challenge to raise funds for the incredible volunteers of the Community First Responders and Order of Malta, who cared for my dad and supported me with such kindness, compassion, and dignity on the day of his passing.

Their care and support meant more to my family than words can express, and this challenge is my way of giving something back to help them continue the life-saving and community work they do every day.

A fantastic day out on the roads in support of Airc Mayo!
Tractor, Truck, Motorbike & Vintage Car Run, bringing together all vehicle enthusiasts for a great cause, great scenery, and even better company.

📅 Date: Sunday May 3rd
All vehicles welcome – tractors, trucks, motorbikes, and vintage cars!
All proceeds will go directly to supporting the important work of Airc Mayo.

Is your bike road-ready? Take a few minutes a few days before to check it over:
✔️ Brakes working properly
✔️ Tyres fully pumped
✔️ Gears shifting smoothly

If you have any concerns, bring your bike to me and I’ll do my best to have you sorted in time for Saturday.

Don’t forget to make sure your helmet and accessories are fit for purpose too.

I’ll be at the Atlantic Technological University (formerly GMIT) in Castlebar during registration on Saturday morning.

Is it time your bike got some TLC? Just like any mechanical gear, it needs regular servicing to stay in top condition.

Drop it in and I’ll give it a full check-over. If anything needs fixing, I’ll always let you know the cost beforehand.

And don’t forget your own safety—does your helmet need replacing?

Helmets should generally be replaced every two years, as the materials can degrade over time and become less effective. If you’re unsure, bring it in and I’ll be happy to take a look.

Stay ready to ride—lights, bike computers, pumps, water bottles, mitts, and plenty more always in stock 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️
