Anyone that has a gym t shirt (any gym not just Phoenix) or a t shirt from any of the events Mark loved , tough mudder, hell n back, turf warriors etc etc please feel free to wear them
No pressure or dress code but some of us plan to wear them so just sharing the idea ###

It is with truly broken hearts we sit to write this post .💔
This morning we lost our friend our boss man the man who always kept everyone else going .

Walsh Mark you will be forever missed 💔
Your sarcastic manner and golden heart will never be forgotten by anyone who knew you.

We have all shared stories today of the little and big things you did for us all.
Quietly and without looking for applause you were always there the minute a friend needed you.

Some of our clients wear these cool little devices called a MYZONE. These devices monitor your heart heart and calculate your effort %. 🧮📊
These are colour coded
🤍Grey 50-59
💙Blue 60-69
💚Green 70-79
💛Yellow 80-89
❤Red 90-100
The device calculates your heart rate for each colour .. 🌈So your red isn't mine but both are giving 100% effort 🌈 👏 🌈
