Good afternoon,
We are currently recruiting trained HYROX athletes for a study investigating the physiological and mechanical determinants of HYROX performance.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could share the attached flyer with any of your members who would be interested and meet the eligibility criteria.
Participants will receive a FREE comprehensive physiological assessment, including VO₂max, running economy, strength, and power testing, along with an individual performance report. This testing and feedback would typically cost €300+ and can help athletes identify strengths and areas for improvement relevant to HYROX performance.
