Cashel Town 1 - 3 Tipperary Town FC
Despite the result this was our best performance of the season against a very good Tipperary Town side
We went behind in the first minute but played our way into the game and got a deserved equaliser when Jess touched home a corner from Ora.
Tipp Town scored a great goal just before half time and both teams had chances in an even second half but Tipp made sure with a third near the end.
A really positive performance overall.

Well done to the girls that played today against a strong Clonmel Town side. With us missing so many players it was always going to be a tough morning but the girls were excellent and battled until the final whistle. Special mention to the girls from our U12s who played up and ensured we could field a team.

2026 Sees the return of our hugely popular Primary Schools Town Leagues Event which will take place on Monday, August 3rd. As always, we will have competitions for

Senior Group: 5th and 6th Class
Intermediate Group: 3rd and 4th Class
Junior Group: 1st and Second Class
Infant Group: Junior and Senior Infants

Another good win for the boys this afternoon. The goals came from Callum Heinz, with a fantastic hatrick, Joshua Mulcahy with a bullet header from a corner and Ryan Kelly from a corner. Cathal O’Sullivan provided 4 assists and Robert Carey pulled off an unbelievable save from a penalty to keep the clean sheet. An excellent all round team performance👏

Cashel Town 1 - 2 Tramore AFC (After Extra Time)

Heartbreak for the girls today in absolutely horrendous conditions against a strong, physical Tramore side. With us missing so many girls through illness, injury and prior commitments it was always going to be a tough day, however the girls who were available were nothing short of brilliant.

We started the first half playing into a gale with most of the game taking place in our half. Despite being under huge pressure our defence of Annaleigh, Chloe and Evelyn dealt with everything really well and limited Tramore to only a few shots on target which Ciara was more than a match for.

Today was a particularly horrible day for goalkeeping but Ciara was solid as a rock in everything she did. After forcing a series of corners Tramore eventually took the lead when a ball across the box took a touch which diverted it past Ciara.

We finished the first half well and created a few chances of our own. Lucy was incredible in centre midfield all game starting attack after attack and getting us up the pitch.

We were dealt a huge blow just before half time when we lost Chloe to injury after a tough 50 / 50 challenge and shortly after half time Annaleigh also had to come off after a knock on the ankle.

With the wind at our backs we started the 2nd half in pursuit of the equaliser. Kaci, Lexi, Laoise, Alex and Aine drove us on and we started creating chances. We eventually got our reward when Lucy's ball into the box was controlled by Lexi who managed to turn in the box and find the corner of the net.

Evelyn took over from Chloe at centre back and both herself and Lena defended brilliantly when Tramore did break forward in the second half. There were no further goals and we went to extra time.

We thought we'd scored when Kaci managed to hook the ball into the box with the resulting bounce almost beating the keeper, who made a good recovery save. With the game looking like it was going to dreaded penalties Tramore broke forward and a clinical shot to the corner gave Ciara no chance.

We couldn't find another equaliser but couldn't be prouder of the performance the girls put in. 👏
