In the Recovery Room you get to use top of the range equipment including the CET Chryospa as pictured below.
With a combination of water, Epsom salts & salts it provides all the benefits of natural recovery but with the added extra of controlled temperature of 1-5 degrees celsius.
Benefits of using the Chryospa include;
Reduces inflammation in your joints and muscles
Improves the function of the immune system
