A lot of people think they need an hour in the gym for a workout to be worthwhile. The reality is that consistency beats duration every time.

If you've only got 20 minutes, use it. A focused session done properly is far more effective than waiting for the "perfect" time that never comes.

🥩 Food sources provide creatine naturally alongside protein, vitamins and minerals. The downside is that you'd need to eat large amounts every day to get the same amount found in a typical creatine supplement.

Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down completely — it just means training smarter. One of the biggest mistakes people make as they get older is stopping movement altogether because they’re afraid of injury, stiffness, or “being too old” to exercise. In reality, staying active is one of the best things you can do for your body long term.
