t what happened in Blanchard'stown leisure Plex center in around the shopping center with the staff ads more to age discrimination what happened was my 10 year sister went to go into soft play area under the name called zoo and she was told she was too tall and too old that s like me saying that just because you had pink hair you're too tall and too old to go into it and their we're kids as tall as her in the soft play area and around the same age and this was a month ago and nothing came of it since its racism as well as age discrimination can you please put an end of age discrimination as its going way too far now and its only going to get worse she's not even special needs or have a disability and their already taken it out on kids like her and she came up from carrick-on-shannon co Leitrim for a week just for that to happen also pass this onto the governor as well thanks this is what I've said in the email would they like that said to to their child when they wear color like pink in their hair no they wouldn't please stand up to them and the government and help put an end to this once and for all

I hope this finds you well, thank you for your email which was referred to my office by the Sinn Féin Administration team, as the area is in my constituency.

I am sorry to hear of your experience.

The Leisure is a privately owned/run enterprise, and as such any rules or restrictions in place concerning access to or use of the facilities would be set by the owners/management, and as such I cannot intervene in their private affairs.

I would recommend that you contact the management of the Leisureplex directly, and ask about their formal Complaints Procedure, to see if the issue can be resolved.

I have included a link to the Citizens Information website, which may be helpful on how to make a complaint.
