Safeguarding 1 Workshop 25th August 6:30pm spaces available.
**Due to a cancellation we have 2 spaces currently available for our Safeguarding 1 Online workshop which takes place next Tuesday 25th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Booking through eventbrite link below!

Safeguarding 1 is a 3-hr, online child protection in sport, basic awareness course. Suitable for everyone involved in children's sport.

🏃‍♀️ Couch to 5K Returns to Carrick-on-Shannon

📅Our new Couch to 5K programme starts on Monday, 24th August in Carrick-on-Shannon from the Sports Complex car park beside Aura. The programme is over 8 Weeks every Monday and Wednesday at 6:15pm.

🛠️Designed for beginners and those returning to exercise, the programme will help you build your fitness and confidence through gradual, structured sessions. Each week, you'll increase your running at a comfortable pace, working towards the goal of completing a 5km run by the end of the programme.

📢Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to get active again, this is a great opportunity to improve your fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment.
