Yesssss… We love to compete! Competitions are always great fun and a day out with friends. We’re working out, we’re meeting new people, we’re making friends, we’re cheering for our friends, we’re having day/days out, sharing our passion with like minded people. Despite of many fears or misconceptions: you don’t have to be professional athlete to take part! Competitions are for many fitness levels: scaled, beginners, intermediate, RX and elite. Workouts are different, load is different, duration is different, skills are different… One thing is the same: fun!

The power of the CrossFit Carrick community is unreal and priceless… we’re training together, we’re competing together, we’re celebrating together, we’re changing, growing, learning, crying… sometimes we’re even bleeding 🤣😂 TOGETHER!!! Our community is open to everyone! You don’t have to have any “fitness experience”, you’re joining us to learn, you don’t have to have any “fitness level”, we’ll teach you how to train and get better and better every day! It’s up to you, to make the first, sometimes hardest step, and enter our door!
