Our mantra today is I AM STRONG.
Sometimes we need that reminder. Are there things you do, people you share time with, or rituals that give you strength? Yesterday, in mostly rain, I visited the Hill of Tara, and walked a 10-mile leg of which weaves through sacred sites and is said to be aligned to the star constellation of Cygnus in the 5th century, the time of Brigid’s birth. I had conversations with some lovely people, ate my packed lunch outside, like I did as a kid… and came home to put my sore feet up, and to sleep well. Today, I feel strength from the experience, and ready for the week.
I also felt the strength of my friend, Kevin, who comes to me as a corvid, when I might need him❤️🪶 And so begins, my (a hashtag yet to exist) 🇮🇪🌤️👒
