Great photo from Sunday at the Irish Open BJJ in Dublin where we had 2 national Champions crowned and 4 more silver medalists who easily could have turned gold to silver, still - not bad for an MMA gym who focus on striking and grappling equally.

The level of teamwork shown is sensational, and a huge thank you to Kodi, Callum and Aoibhe for the cornering they done too, hugely knowledable.

To top it off - our team won the overall best team too which is great considering the quality shown from all. Jiu-jitsu in Ireland is absolutely on fire at the minute 💚💪🇮🇪

We are hosting this amazing camp. Teens from all over Europe coming to Carrick to train and grow - TOGETHER

European Youth MMA training camp - Leitrim, Ireland.

Travel to the mid-west of Ireland - Carrick On Shannon, and experience not just the fantastic landscape of Leitrim, but also the hard work done inside Morris Martial Arts gym.

Tuesday July 14th - Friday July 17th, multiple sessions per day.

All GAMMA Europe members welcome.

Accommodation rates are 33euro per person, per night - need to be booked ASAP.

We, at Morris Martial Arts, are so proud of Zoe and her achievement of becoming European Champion.

This achievement is down to her work ethic, dedication, training partners, coaches, and family.
Without any one element mentioned above this may not be possoble. Its a team effort!

Zoe is a model student, zero messing, just focus and hard work. If you ever wonder what you need to do to improve, take a look at her approach. She preps her own food, she trains multiple times per day, and most importantly - she LOVES the sport she does.
