"Brian Donoghue's Kick Boxing Academy" is a class in which you can learn kickboxing, for self defence or for fitness by black belt instructor Brian O'Donoghue. Members of the WFM - World Federation of Elite Martial Arts. Kickboxing is a high energy workout suitable for men and women who want to change-up their workout and try something new. In life we all have our own story too tell some good some bad but in our lives and as parents and and me being a parent also can change our kids future s or at least give them the best chance we can . For me as a martial arts coach has changed my life in so many ways now gives me the chance too help change both yours or your kids at our accademy we aim too do just that we as coaches can shape other people's live through my own experiences and now knowledge of martial arts so if you want too see for your own eyes how this can help you or your kids we are open from 6.45 for kids and 7.45 for adults we don't give up so we are open all summer

Very excited to announce we have moved to our new, purpose built club on Kennedy Street, Carlow.
It's been a long road of hard work to get here but we did it!
Classes as usual on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.15pm. Kids class now on every Friday at 7pm.
Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Overwhelmed by the success of our Table Quiz on Friday night.
Thanks to each one of you who came and took part. The money raised from your entries and the raffle will cover the costs of the special flooring of our new club set to open in 5 weeks.
Thank you to Ken, Carmela, James and John who worked hard to make sure the night ran smoothly.

Due to the storm tonight lads and ladies our kids kickboxing class in the morning will be cancelled. Safety of your kids comes first for us and will go ahead as normal next Saturday morning.
