Our 4 week Postpartum Strength Class is now open for bookings!

Why wait until September to get organised. Find strength and an amazing community in our Postpartum classes.

Classes are Mondays and Thursdays at 11am and open to all levels of fitness.

This course is for you if:
- You are a complete beginner who hasn't stepped foot in a gym before baby but wants to be stronger during motherhood.
- You are a gym goer who wants to get back to exercise safely after baby.
- You are a human who has had a baby.

Body shaming is still rampant...

But unfortunately, what I've come to learn is that the people most guilty of the horrible comments and picking their bodies apart is themselves! We are our own worst critics.

In my line of work I work with some AMAZING people, my audience is primarily female. Strong, clever, beautiful and brave females. To see these ladies have doubts about their self worth, or abilities purely because of their aesthetics and body size, drives me crazy!

Next time you think about saying something negative about your body, ask yourself "would I let my best friend speak to herself/himself like that?".....

10min Upper Body

At home workout this morning as I needed to catch up on sleep.

Super simple, if you don't have dumbbells just use water bottles/tins of beans whatever you have.

Set a timer, work for 45 seconds and rest for 15.

Exercises 👇 let me know how you got on!

Frontal Raises
Lateral raises
Frontal to lateral raises
Lat pull down (you can use a dressing gown rope if you don't have a band)
Push ups
Tricep push ups
Single arm row right arm
Single arm row left arm
Bicep curl to shoulder press right side
Bicep curl to shoulder press left side
