No win on the record this time, but that doesn’t tell the full story. Both lads stepped up, showed real grit, and had some quality moments on the mats 👊

Big day for the team in Kilkenny with loads of our kids stepping up and competing 👊

One standout today was Jack. After suffering a serious shoulder injury at the European Jiu-Jitsu Championships back in November, there was a real chance he might never compete again.

Months of patience, rehab, and hard work later… he stepped back onto the mats today like he never left.

That’s what this sport and life is about. Ups and downs are part of the journey. A setback is just an opportunity for a comeback.

Busy weekend ahead for the team 💪

We’ve a strong group of kids heading to Kilkenny tomorrow to compete at the Junior Grappling League best of luck to all of them, go out and enjoy it! 👊

Then it’s a road trip up to Derry on Sunday with Oli and Jamie as they step up to compete at Chaos Grappling Show 🔥
