It’s all about the calories! Creating a calorie deficit for fat loss can easily be done by making some small nutritional changes while still enjoying a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We can help things along and stimulate the body to burn more calories by simply being more active throughout the day and with regular exercise. Unfortunately there is no magic exercise and we can’t target an area on the body to lose fat from! Everyone one has a stubborn area and we have to be patient and consistent to see the results we want.

IT DOESN’T MATTER… Sometimes we over indulge. Maybe it was drinks at the weekend with a takeaway, chocolate & sweets watching movies… So what, IT DOESN’T MATTER!

What matters is that we move on, get back on track and allow ourselves these so called “bad foods” in moderation as part of a Healthy, balanced and nutritional plan.

You shouldn’t cut out any foods, feel bad, guilt trip or punish yourself as there is no such thing as bad foods only better choices.

Cutting out foods more than often leads to binge eating. Regardless of aims or goals, just reducing quantities and allowing yourself to still enjoy foods you like will make the process easier while building a healthy relationship & mindset with food.
