Another busy week nearly over preparing customised orders for a few new customers for pollack and mackerel fishing . Many orders also of stock products and ready made tackle sent out also to our regular customers .

We got a large order of 80 gr and 100 gr boat jigging lures delivered Monday and we trialed a fed of them with fresh success . Aaron caught a few lovey fish up to 6 lbs on the 100 gr lures .

These lures can be fished on boat rods , just drop them to the bottom , wind up a few feet and jig away , no need to use a weight as these lures are heavy enough to fish on their own .

Also large stock of 40 gr and 60 gr metal spinning lures were delivered . Great for rock fishing and spinning from a boat. We will trial a good few of these lures over the next few weeks and will post the results afterwards .

Liam Grealis and his son Caiden came to visit us last weekend to get kitted out in their new fur lined wetsuits .

Caiden opted for the 3mm suit and dad went with the 3mm fur lined suit also .

Another very busy 2 weeks making orders for both pollack and mackerel fishermen from the north to south coasts .

Our tinsel mackerel traces have been fishing very well for our commercial mackerel customers and also they fish very good on the hand gurdy’s too , made with tinsel tube and heat shrink tube with glue they come in 3colours of tube , red , black and white . Traces can be made with multi colours both in pvc , luminous , and heat shrink tube .

We,ve been very busy this past 2-3weeks preparing orders for our regular and new customers for the mackerel hook and line fishery . Different configurations of traces were made to suit each fishermen’s individual needs and boat set ups .

Traces were sent to Sweden , West coast and the south coast of Ireland .

We’ve had a very busy 2-3 weeks preparing orders for our regular and new customers for the mackerel hook and line fishery , Mackerel traces were sent to Sweden , west of Ireland and Southern Ireland . Loads of different configurations were made to suit each fishermen’s individual needs and boat set ups .

Niamh Gallagher and her daughter Jenny called to see us last weekend and Jenny got fitted out in her new fur lined wetsuit for the coming season . Jenny opted for the 5.5m series suit which had zips on the arms and legs and also has a soft rubber seal on the neck , arms , and feet . 5mm suits can be quite restrictive but this suit had super stretch materials both under arm and crotch area for ease of movement in the water , Thanks so much guys for calling to see us and we hope you enjoy your comfy new wetsuit now for the summer Jenny .

Another nice order of mackerel traces sent off to one of our regular customers . Made on 1.5mm commercial grade mono crimped 8.5 inches apart x30 hooks .

Also we have a few mackerel rollers in stock now but when they are gone they’re gone .

Two more nice orders completed and posted out today to one of our regular customers and a new customer on the south coast . 1000 longline snoods were made with size 6/0 stainless steel hooks on 1,6 mm mono and 550 pcs has a 100 kg test quick clips and the remaining 450 were made with a loop for attaching to the swivel on the main line .

50 pollack jigging traces on 1.4mm mono and size 10/0 stainless steel hooks x 6 hooks on each trace were made for a new customer.

Plenty of commercial hook and line gear in stock . Traces can be made up with any amount of hooks and line strengths to suit every individual fisherman’s needs .
