Last class done and dusted for 2017 with these headers!! We put in the hard work and had some fun too.
Proud of the work everyone's put in the last few months couldn't ask for a better crowd to work with. We've no doubt these guys will smash the worlds!!!
Best of luck in August and bring back more trophies this year again 🌍💃🏆

***ATTENTION***

We are looking for 10 people to participate in a 6 week Transformation starting on Monday the 10th July.

This will consist of:

3 weekly Personal Training sessions which will focus on working towards your goals.
Nutritional advice.
Progress pictures at weeks 1,3 & 6
Daily updates for any questions you may have.

Sessions can be taken either on a one to one or groups ie. 4 person max.

An intense 4 week program, designed specifically to the clients needs, that will give you the kick start you've been looking for or a major boost to your current regime.
