We traded ancient rites of passage for Netflix, unrealistic expectations, and endless anxiety.

Humans crave more than comfort; we need challenge, discipline, community, and a purpose worth struggling for.

Tonight we welcomed new beginners to the club, taking the first and stepping outside of their comfort zones.

Huge honour for me to promote to purple belt on Tuesday night 🙌💜 Ben continues to lead by example, always working on himself and testing his abilities. Ben is now Crana’s first member to reach purple belt 🤟 Ben also became the Over 80kg Kombat in house champ on Tuesday night, beating in the final. Well done men 🫡🔥
