We have availability on our ever popular Irish sailing national powerboat certificate, this course is Internationally recognised if you opt for the International certificate of competency.

The national power boat certification covers a wide range of knowledge and skills from what you need to know before going afloat right up to navigation and passage planning and everything in between.

This course is running on the weekend of the 8th of September.

Bunbeg Marine Training in conjunction with Maritime Professional Services are running an Irish sailing powerboat instructor course running from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th July.

There will be a Powerboat pre entry course held for this course on Wednesday 11th July.

The course is being run out of Bunbeg harbour.

We have availability on our VHF ( SRC) radio operators course running in Bunbeg on the 28th & 29th of April.

The course fee is €240 which covers all exam fees and license fees.
The course certificate is issued by COMREG who is the state communications regulator.
The course is also delivered by full time industry professionals.

The VHF license is the legal minimum to operate a handheld and fixed radio.
