🐶🧘‍♀️ Puppies & Pilates is coming to Limerick!

Designed specifically for teenage girls with autism, this unique wellbeing event combines gentle Pilates with the calming presence of puppies from the Irish Guide Dogs Association in a fun, supportive and sensory-friendly environment.

Participants will improve flexibility, balance and confidence while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of interacting with friendly puppies. No previous Pilates experience is needed, and all activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and abilities.
