Reality Kick boxing is based around the use of Kick Boxing as a potential self defense system, with a heavy emphasis on boxing and low kicks, rather than the sport aspect of points fighting. All teaching under the tutelage of Master Shayne Phelan. Our motto is “It’s not over, until you win”
We will teach the requisites to get out of harms way and implement OODA loop strategies. Successful Self Defence does not happen by chance. When you train with House of Dragons you are accessing Shayne’s 40 plus years of Martial Arts experience. Our manifesto is to train mind and body to no longer be the victim.
