VERY insightful look at the correlation between HRV scoring and weekly performance in Endurance events. A dip in HRV directly associated with a decrease in performance and HRV overall to have a stronger correlation than RHR as a metric for overall performance markers.

PP client and athlete Stewart Gilbert Squatting 170kg at 69kg BW, a 5kg PR and as far as we know is only two kilos off the official Irish Juniors Powerlifting record for his weight.

Stewart has broken all the Weightlifting records in the Junior -69kg division this passed year.

PP Client and athlete Cass Du Berry with a 170kg HBBS last night at around 82kg BW, a 9kg PR. This is made all the more impressive by the fact Cass hasn't been able to HBBS lately and has used Box Squatting for his Squat pattern.

Whatever the issue an athlete has, there is ALWAYS a way to work around it and continue to get stronger.
