The countdown is officially on! With just 6 weeks to go until the Boyle AC Rapid 5K on Friday 17th July, excitement is building and entries are flying in. (eventmaster.ie)

What an incredible way to wrap things up!

Over the past two Tuesdays at the ATU Sligo running track, participants enjoyed valuable and rewarding training sessions.

A sincere thank you to Adrian Gurn for sharing his time, knowledge, and expertise, and for organising these sessions. Your support and encouragement were greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

The sessions helped improve running technique, build confidence on the track, and provided an opportunity to train together in a positive and supportive environment.

Thank you again, Adrian, for making it all possible. We look forward to putting what we've learned into practice in the training sessions and competitions ahead.

A fantastic evening was had recently by members of Boyle AC during a trip to the ATU Sligo running track 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The session gave athletes a great opportunity to train on the excellent facilities, work on speed and technique, and enjoy a brilliant team atmosphere. It was a valuable experience for all involved and a really enjoyable night from start to finish.

A huge thank you to coach Adrian Gurn for organising the event and for all the time and effort put into supporting and encouraging our athletes. 👏

Well done to everyone who took part — great effort all around 💛🖤

Boyle A.C. are thrilled to launch our annual 5K Road Race and this year’s event will proudly support the Jack & Jill Foundation💛

📅 Friday, July 17th
🕗 8PM Start
📍 Starting at Boyle Abbey

Participants will run along the scenic Boyle Canal on an officially measured Athletics Ireland permitted course — flat, fast, and we mean FLAT… as in ZERO elevation! ⚡

🏅 Prizes for overall & age category winners

Most importantly, this year’s race is also a fundraiser for the Jack & Jill Foundation, helping provide in-home nursing care and respite support for families of children with severe learning disability and complex medical needs.

Huge congratulations to all the Boyle AC members who took part in the Lough Key Legends Run Half Marathon & 10K this weekend! 🖤💛

A fantastic turnout from the club once again with brilliant performances, determination and club spirit on display throughout both races. Whether you were chasing a PB, taking on a new distance or simply enjoying the atmosphere, you all did Boyle AC proud 👏

Well done also to the Boyle AC members who ran alongside the FTD Brothers — a brilliant show of support, community and encouragement ❤️

As this year’s Darkness into Light Boyle takes place, everyone at Boyle AC would like to wish the organising committee (Nance, Carmel, Fidelma & Melissa), volunteers and all participants the very best of luck.

We greatly appreciate the powerful message that Darkness Into Light represents bringing communities together, supporting mental health awareness, and reminding people that even in difficult times, there is hope and support.

We would encourage as many people as possible to come out and take part in this very special community event and show support for such an important cause.

🌟 Belfast City Marathon
A massive well done to Sinead McQuaid who completed her 4th marathon – an incredible achievement showing dedication, strength and consistency. 💪
