It's even very hard for me to find the right words to admire her hard work! πŸ’ͺ🏼
This is the moment when I feel that my job matters!
I love this transformation because this beautiful woman also possess incredible determination. She lost 34kg doing personal training sessions with me and home workouts and following my basic advice: stick to real food, less sugar and processed foods, and eat when you're hungry.
Look what happens when people actually follow my advices! You have to eat the right food at the right amount to support your training.One kilo at a time. One day at a time.
You wake up and you choose, which version of yourself are you going to be today?
So what if yesterday was a bad day, today it will get better. Never forget to keep your happiness in mind during your weight-loss journey. If a piece of cake at your friend birthday makes you smile THEN EAT THE CAKE! Setbacks are normal, we are all human. 1. Inchworm + push ups
2. Reverse lunges + jump squats
3. Lunges + jump squats
4. Jump squats
Try to do 2-3 rounds 20 sec each exercise.
