A reminder of our new schedule… We now have 5 different days to choose from to get your sessions in. We have welcomed so many new faces over the past number of weeks…we’d only love to welcome more!! Feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions.

Classes will go ahead this evening (Wednesday), but please only travel if you feel it is safe to do so.
Take your time entering the town park and making your way to the door. The car park is still quite slippy so park as close as possible to the path at the back of the building.
Your safety is far more important than getting a workout done, so please only attend the class if you are confident travelling.

**New Class Schedule**
Spin now takes place on Wednesday evenings at 6pm…
That means we now have 2 classes each evening Monday-Thursday at 6pm and 7:15pm, with Hybrid Friday mornings at 6:45am and Saturdays at 9am.

All S&C classes come free with our monthly memberships. Members can book Pilates at a cost of €10 per class.
