An incredible €8,037.66 raised on Easter Monday for Milford care centre!!

All roads led to Borrisokane today for a very special event in aid of Milford Care Centre .

The O Shea family organised " RUN FOR BREDA" in memory of Martin and Niamhs beloved wife and mother and of course not forgetting the main man Ruairí. Breda's new grandson.

Hundreds of people turned up to support them. Family and friends travelled from Dublin & Cork to join the local community and share this special occasion.

The first three runners home were:
Bronagh Hogan
Cristoʻó Buckley
Aaron Slevin

Well done to them, and all our runners, joggers and walkers. Two legged and four legged.

All ready to go , at the town park Borrisokane for our RUN FOR BREDA...JOIN US AT 2pm !!!

We have officially hit the €2,500 mark and the day hasn’t even been yet we as a family are so grateful for everyone’s support for a great cause 💓

The parking spaces are limited in the town park so we are so appreciative of Borrisokane GAA to let us use the hurling field for parking the eircode is E45D250, Hassetts Topline Borrisokane for the use of their yard across from the primary care centre their eircode is E45C440 and there will be parking in Eoin Reddan’s yard beside the old AIB bank.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday it’s shaping up to be a cracker!

Little update for everyone, so far we have raised over €1,000 for Milford care centre we are beyond grateful for everyone’s support.

We have an idonate link below to donate the entry fee on the day is €10 for adults and under 16s go for free, we will have collection buckets on the day so whatever is easier for people.

We are so excited to see everyone Easter Monday kicking off at 2pm in Borrisokane town park🐣
