It is a a great size gym with all state of the art equipment and has a wide range of people attending the club...all people are welcome starting age is 10 years upwards..The club is run by a great voluntary group of people and head coach is David Cotter...there is great support from the local community and we get great feedback from the people attending the club so if anyone is interested in join
