We aim to be the most comprehensively equipped gym in Dublin. With over 6500sqft of gym floor, 100ft long Astro area for strength and conditioning complete with prowlers,sleds,farmers walks etc etc.. one of the largest rigs you will see in any gym, complete with TRX,Plyo-platforms, Monkey bars etc etc. Also the gym will be packed with all brand new plate loaded and selectorised equipment from the

likes of Bodysolid, Watson Gym equipment and our own Strengthmax ranges. We will also have Olympic platforms and a massive free weights & cardio area. Not to mention a full class timetable in our 1500 sq ft studio which will be released close to the opening date. We hope to be able to provide an excellent training facility whether you are just looking to get in shape for summer or a top athlete competing at the highest level.
