Stopping looking for greener pastures, look after your own grass 😁

5. βœ…Fitness, health, performance and longevity mean different things at differ stages of life

If it's just a six pack your after, reflect on WHY 99% of the time you won't be happen even if you get it

6. βœ… Get stuff done early (time is finite)

Your going to run out of laters

We only have so many "I'll start on Monday"

Well that escalated quickly?!!

Amazing 12 photo shoot today with Ania Esz who looked amazing alongside here man paddy Michael.

Was going great right up until the photographer dislocated his shoulder mid shoot hit a whitie BUT THEN

still continued the shoot to finish off with these amazing shots!!

Just left him to st Vincent's there now
