The secret is finally out!!

We are extremely privileged to be working with one of the best young centre half’s in the league of Ireland and Dundalk Fc star .wa_ ..

To have the opportunity to work with the most commanding centre half in the country and for Mayowa to trust us in looking after his physical attributes to keep him injury free and perform at the best of his ability is something that makes us extremely proud in what we are doing.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear client and friend, Aine. She had such an influence on all of us, both as an incredible nutritionist and as an inspiring woman. Her guidance, passion, and warmth shaped the journeys of so many within our studio. She even inspired Coach Emma so much that Emma would sometimes dress just like her, something that always brought laughter to there sessions.

Aine was one of our longest serving clients and we’re absolutely heartbroken.
We have missed Aine’s presence every single day, and we always will.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mark, Caoimhe, and Nadine during this difficult time. May her memory continue to inspire and uplift us all.

We are beyond proud of our very own who represents Ireland at the World Cup in Qatar that kicks off today. 🇮🇪

From a young 12 yr old boy when he first walked through our doors with a dream of representing his country and playing at the highest level, it’s finally coming true. 🙌🏻

Congratulations Sean, we are absolutely bursting with pride today and everyday of all you have achieved. ⭐️
