A new term starts this week in all pilates classes!

Monday morning in Carrig at 9.30am
Monday and Thursday at 7 and 8pm in Crinkill NS
Wednesdays at 7pm in Roscrea.
Golf club pilates classes and schools all start back next week aswell.

Cant wait! Woo hoo!
Pilates will start back on Mon 8th September.
Class schedule is the same as last term.
Mon at 9.30am in Carrig hall and 7 and 8pm in Crinkill.
Wed at 7pm in Roscrea.
Thurs at 7, 8 and 9 pm in Crinkill.
The 9pm class in Crinkill is a men's class.

Classes are all finished now for the summer.
Hope you all have a good break.

I know a couple of you would like to continue to practice at home, the website that I recommend is www.pilatesanytime.com. A couple of my teachers are on there so a lot of it will be familiar to you.
