Longevity is the long-term goal 💫
Yes, we can all have short-term goals — events, challenges, phases where we push. But in fitness, the real win is building a routine you can train with into your 70s and 80s.
We don’t want to batter our bodies now and pay for it later. We want to keep moving, training, and feeling strong for life.
My mindset has changed over the years. I used to be all-in: fad diets, constant hard sessions, running my body into the ground. And there is a time and place for that if you choose — just not all the time.
This philosophy is exactly how I coach at R42Elite.
Train smarter, not harder.

I’ve been coaching women for years, and this is something I’ve always wanted to create — a space where mums and mums-to-be can feel supported, strong, and truly seen. 💕
In January 2026, I’m launching my brand-new Pre & Postpartum Fitness Program, designed to guide women safely through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
This has been on my heart for a long time, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
