A series of outdoor wellness and fitness classes by the seaside, at the home of Moss Boss Tonic.

All classes are to be booked with each teacher individually, check their instagram accounts for further information, booking and pricing

We’re oh so excited to now have beautiful bouquets available at The Òir House

Helen’s Garden is on the outskirts of Kinvara, Co. Galway on the Wild Atlantic Way, set in the Burren landscape on the border of Co. Clare.

Using her training in horticulture and floristry, Helen has established a garden nursery and grows a range of country garden flowers for weddings, parties and occasions.

Helen’s floral work showcases seasonal flowers with fresh Irish greenery to create wild, abundant and beautiful bouquets and displays
