Our new Pre-Teen & Teen Strength & Conditioning classes are starting the week of 14th September! 💪

These sessions are designed to help young athletes build:

🏋️ Strength
⚡ Speed & athleticism
🧠 Knowledge & confidence
🏃 Conditioning
🤝 Teamwork & discipline

Whether they’re completely new to training or already playing sport, all abilities are welcome.

📅 Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays
👥 Ages 10–16
💶 €45 for the 6-week block

We also have a 13–16 performance option combining a weekday session + Sunday for those looking to make faster progress.

Well done to all our amazing teens who gave it 100% this week 🙌

Three days packed with training, learning, challenges, games, great food and plenty of laughs — and the effort from everyone was unbelievable from start to finish 💪🔥

A huge thank you to our guest coaches Bernie, Daithi and Seamus Snr for coming in and delivering some brilliant sessions. Their knowledge, energy and experience added so much to the camp! 👏

👋 Meet Seamus — the face behind SKC Fitness.

For those who don’t know me, I wanted to take the opportunity to properly introduce myself and share the story behind SKC Fitness.

Sport has always been a huge part of my life, from playing GAA, basketball, rugby, and everything in between, to coaching young athletes and seeing first-hand the impact sport can have on a child’s confidence and development.

Over the years, I’ve realised that strength and conditioning is about much more than improving performance. It’s about helping young people become stronger, more confident, and more capable — both on and off the pitch.

That’s the reason I created SKC Fitness.

Our goal is to provide a fun, supportive, and challenging environment where kids can develop their movement, build confidence, learn new skills, and understand the value of effort and consistency.

I’m excited to finally share more of what we do and the journey behind SKC Fitness.
