𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 - 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝟲-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 🎉

Our expert-led Health & Wellbeing Programme commences on Wednesday, October 11th, at 7 pm. Fit Farmers is a 6-week lifestyle intervention that will run weekly at Gorthaganny Community Centre. 🕔

Participants will attend weekly health-promoting workshops led by expert Laura Tully (The Movement Mentor), as well as undertake a Farm to 5K physical activity programme, which focuses on improving fitness, strength, balance, coordination, and stamina.💪🚜

Previous participants have achieved significant reductions in body weight, measurements, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugars as well as improved fitness, strength, sleep and mood! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Mayo Cancer Support Association is holding a Flag Day in Ballinrobe, Ballyhaunis & Claremorris on Saturday 15th October 9:00am - 6:00pm.
They are looking for volunteers to collect at various collection points in each town.
Volunteers are asked to cover a 2 hour slot.
Your support would be greatly appreciated and help to raise much needed funds to help Mayo Cancer Support Association deliver their services.
