Unfortunately due to today's announcement the community centre is closed today until further notice.
So all training is cancelled until further notice.
Sorry for any inconvenience and we will keep everyone posted of any updates.

Just a reminder that anybody who wants to attend the competition must have forms completed any returned with the competition fee by tonights class

Just a reminder there will be no younger class tonight as we are holding a grading for our older class.
The grading starts at 6.30pm but students are encouraged to arrive at 6pm.
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch.

Sadly we received the news of a death in the family and we will have to travel to the funeral so unfortunately we have to cancel tomorrow's class.
Sorry for any inconvenience and sorry again for having to cancel with short notice last week.
We will resume training as normal on Tuesday the 5th of November.
Hope to see you all then and have a safe Halloween.

We would also like to congratulate all our students for there great performance at last weekend's INTA National Championships in Gormanstown.
They came home with 1 Silver & 5 Bronze Medals for there club making there instructor and coachs very proud.

*We are back training next Tuesday the 15th at 6pm*

We hope you all had a nice break and we are looking forward to seeing you all back on Tuesday at the earlier time of 6 till 7pm.

Our green belt grading and the INTA Nationals competition are both in March so we will be back training hard in preparation 💪🥇👊 so don't forget full Doboks🥋, gum shields😶 and water🍼

With regret we also must add that due to lack of attendance and our new arrival 👶👶we are cancelling the younger class untill further notice....but any members of the younger class with a yellow tag are more than welcome to join in with the older group....please contact us if there are any questions about this.

So proud of all my students ☺ great performance from all at the INTA National Championship.
