For Thursday before the night draws in CLOSING BLESSING
“The most common form of despair is not being who you are.”
— Søren Kierkegaard
May you stop performing yourself and start inhabiting yourself.
May you discover that the version of you that is most trusted, most followed, most genuinely influential is not the polished one.
It is the real one.
The one who shows up without armor. Who speaks without needing to impress. Who leads simply by being so rooted in herself that everyone around her feels safe enough to be real too.
That is soft power.
And it has been yours all along. More importantly be yourself Have a wonderful evening to all namaste 🙏🏻Trish

For Thursday SACRED REIKI CIRCLE REFLECTION
Where does your truest leadership show up?
In how I hold space for people. My presence is the leadership
In how I tell the truth even when it is uncomfortable.
In how I make decisions from my values rather than from fear.
In how I stay rooted when everything around me is uncertain.
In how I love. Fully, honestly, without performing.
Something else entirely — tell me in the replies?..Day 4 Challenge — THE TRUTH
Today, say one true thing you would normally soften, perform around, or leave unsaid.
To someone safe. In a low-stakes moment. Just once.
Notice how it feels to let something real into the room.

DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT
Today, be grateful for a moment when you led from your truest self.
When you said the honest thing. When you showed up without armor. When you made a decision from your values rather than from the need to be seen in a certain way.
It may have felt vulnerable at the time.
It was also the most powerful thing you did that day ..Have a wonderful Thursday everyone love and light 🙏🏻namaste Trish

For Thursday PAUSE. BREATHE. MEDITATION WRITE.
Quick and simple 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: “When I am leading from my truest self, I feel...” Let the first honest answer come.
Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: Where are you performing a version of yourself rather than living from your actual center? In your work. In your relationships. In how you show up in rooms. What would it look and feel like to lead from within in those places? What would you stop doing? What would you start saying? And what is the fear underneath the performance?

TINY RITUAL: THE ROOT AND RISE
What you need: A quiet moment. Five minutes. Bare feet if you can.
What you do:
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths and feel the ground beneath your feet.
Then say these words out loud, slowly and with intention:
I am rooted in who I am. My power comes from my center, not from my performance. I lead with presence. I influence through truth. What I have to offer the world is not a role. It is myself.
Stand in silence for one full minute after.
The effect:
Notice the difference between that declaration and the performed version of yourself.
That gap is where the work lives. And today you just closed it a little. Have a wonderful day namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Thursday WAIT, WHAT? SCIENCE SAYS
Organizational psychologist Adam Grant’s research on what he calls powerless communication found that asking questions, expressing vulnerability, and seeking advice rather than projecting authority consistently builds more trust and influence than dominant, assertive communication styles.
Dr. Brené Brown’s research on daring leadership found that the leaders people follow most deeply are those who lead with vulnerability and authenticity rather than armor and performance. Her research found that the willingness to be seen, genuinely and without pretense, is one of the most significant predictors of trust.
And social psychologist Amy Cuddy’s research found that warmth, not competence, is the primary quality people assess first in any leader or person of influence. People decide whether to trust you before they decide whether to respect you.
The takeaway: the most effective leadership does not come from performing strength. It comes from being genuinely rooted in yourself. Present, honest, and human food for thought 💭 have a great day ahead 🙏🏻Trish

For Thursday Stop performing. Start being...The most powerful thing I ever did was stop trying to be impressive.
And start trying to be true.
Everything changed after that.
Today I talk about leading from within. The kind of power that does not perform. The kind that simply is…FROM THE SACRED REIKI CIRCLE
Yesterday I asked: what does treating your body as sacred look like for you?
The most chosen answer, by 34%, was this: listening to what it tells me rather than overriding it.
One of you wrote something that made us smile: “Dancing more often.”which I do and it is fantastic for letting go and feeling good inside.
Another wrote: “All of this. Completely need to rewire my brain and how I feel about, say about, and treat my body.”
That honesty is exactly where change begins.
Today’s question is: where in your life are you performing rather than leading? And what would shift if you led from the inside out instead? So give it a try for yourself and see how you feel ? START HERE: TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE.. Root First shoulder drop feet 👣 on the floor lead from within Sit tall.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Take one slow breath and let your shoulders drop.
Notice the difference between performing composure and actually feeling rooted.
That rootedness is where leadership begins.enjoy your day today namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For today Wednesday and every other day..Mid-year check-ins can be surprisingly revealing.

Back in January, you may have set intentions, chosen a focus, or felt called toward a particular path. Six months later, some goals have grown, some have shifted, and some may no longer fit who you are becoming.

Take a few moments with Reiki, your journal, or a quiet meditation and ask these questions.

-What has changed since January?
-What opportunities are presenting themselves now?
-What intention still feels alive in your heart?
-What is the next aligned step for the second half of the year?

You may discover that the most important progress isn’t what you’ve accomplished, but what you’ve learned…. Love and reiki healing ❤️‍🩹 light Namaste 🙏🏻Trish

For Wednesday ..DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT
Today, be grateful for one thing your body has done for you that you have never properly acknowledged.
The way it has kept you breathing through every difficult night. The way it has healed itself from things you did not even notice. The way it has shown up, every single day, without being asked.
Your body has never abandoned you.
Today you say thank you.
BEFORE YOU GO
“To inhabit our bodies fully is to know ourselves as sacred.”
— Unknown
May you begin to treat your body the way it has always deserved to be treated.
With gentleness. With gratitude. With the quiet recognition that it has been carrying you faithfully all this time without ever being thanked.
May you speak about it differently. May you move through it differently. May you look at it in the mirror and see not a problem to be solved but a home to be loved.
Your body is not the obstacle. It is the vessel. It is the sacred container for everything you are and everything you are becoming. Like in reiki healing ❤️‍🩹 your body is a beautiful sacred vessel and sometimes your energy is low because it is stress or other things going on in your life and your chakras become blocked so the energy cannot flow and you feel dis-ease but by being in touch with your body and have a reiki treatment your body will heal itself reiki is a wonderful relaxing treatment and it heals you whether you believe it or not 🙏🏻
Tend to it like that…have a wonderful evening everyone namaste Trish

For Wednesday SACRED REIKI CIRCLE REFLECTION
What does treating your body as sacred look like for you?
Moving it gently, for joy rather than punishment
Feeding it with attention and care rather than rushing.
Resting it before it begs for rest.
Adorning it, dressing it, caring for its appearance as an act of love rather than obligation.
Listening to what it tells me rather than overriding it.
Speaking about it with kindness rather than criticism.
Hit reply and tell me ! Day 3 Challenge — THE ADORNMENT
Today, do one thing to adorn or tend to your body purely as an act of reverence.
Because your body is sacred and sacred things deserve care.
Wear something you love. Apply lotion slowly. Do your hair the way that makes you feel most yourself. Take a bath with intention. Put on a scent that makes you feel alive.
Something small. Something deliberate. Something that says: I see you. You matter. You deserve this.
Notice how your body responds to being tended to with love rather than efficiency.Have a wonderful day ahead namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Wednesday Honor your body today At some point I realized I had never once treated my body as sacred.
Useful, yes. Functional, most of the time.
But sacred? Worthy of reverence? Deserving of gentleness simply for existing?
That was a new thought entirely.
Today we change that.TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE Sacred Body ..your hands on your stomach this is sacred take one slow breath Place both hands flat on your stomach.
Close your eyes.
Take one slow breath and feel your hands rise and fall.
That movement is life. That body is yours. That is already sacred.
Ten seconds. Just feel it...PAUSE. BREATHE MEDITATIVE . WRITE.
Quick and easy 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: “If I treated my body as sacred, I would...” Let the first honest answer come before the editing brain catches up.
Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: How do you talk about your body? To yourself, in your own head, in the quiet moments when nobody is listening. Is it the way you would speak about something sacred? What would change about your relationship with your body if you genuinely believed it was holy? Not perfect. Not earned. Just inherently, unconditionally worthy of reverence.MINDFUL MOVEMENT: THE YOGA AND MEDITATION SACRED STRETCH
Stand up slowly.
Reach your arms above your head as high as they will go.
Then slowly fold forward, letting your head hang.
Then slowly roll back up, one vertebra at a time.
At the top, place both hands on your heart.
Do this three times.
Let each movement be deliberate. Let your body lead the pace.
Notice how different it feels to move with reverence rather than purpose. Your body is not a machine completing a task. It is something sacred being tended to.
That difference is the whole practice.then sit with yourself for a few moments afterwards and listen to your breath your life force and relax and Enjoy this beautiful practice today then start your day with a smile Have a wonderful Wednesday whatever it brings namaste 🙏🏻 Trish
