We’re kicking off our new 8-week training cycle: :a strength-focused phase designed to build towards new 1RMs in the back squat, strict press, and deadlift.
Expect:
✅ 5-3-1 style powerlifting progression
✅ Strength-focused EMOMs for stability & hypertrophy
✅ Heavy lifts, technical weightlifting, & strict gymnastics work
✅ Well-balanced conditioning with targeted time domains.
Beginner members in this cycle will focus on movement quality and increase load gradually
