A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Pink Coffee Morning in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland.
It was a lovely morning filled with coffee, treats, conversation, and connection, all while supporting an important cause.
A special thank you to Maria McCarthy from Epilux for sharing her knowledge on skincare and skin confidence, and to everyone who wore pink and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Events like this remind me that Empower Fit is about so much more than exercise. It's about supporting women through every stage of life.
