There are so many photos I’d love to include and I could honestly write an essay instead of a caption.. but it’s been a lovely week of see-you-laters and lot and lots of hugs!

Having to move away and leave my lovely studio I’ve built for more than 3 years, and leave the most lovely and loyal clients has been so hard but a new chapter awaits!

Thank you so much for finishing out the final week at the studio with me, for all of the heartfelt messages, the hugs, the cards and presents.. you’ve been absolutely amazing!! To have you filling classes right up until my last studio day has been an absolute honour and I’m so so grateful 💕

While The Pilates Beat started before the studio, it continues after too.. so it’s super exciting to continue my lovely business and share more Pilates.

Who knows what is to come on the studio side.. a goodbye for now? A see you again soon? 👀

I love this 2016 trend and cannot believe it’s 10 years ago!!!

Most of you probably don’t even know that my first degree was in nutrition, which started my obsession with the wellness industry! 2016 was after studying to become a personal trainer.. focusing on Pilates and just teaching many hours outside of college and placement! 🐟

Crazy to even think now how many classes and sessions I’ve taught in more than a decade and still love it as much as back then!
