Right everyone. The online Pattern competition is open as of today. Go to the official page https://www.facebook.com/KickCovTKD/
Read the rules (really simple). Record your pattern. Post to the page before the deadline, and the Panels of Umpires will judge them over the following few days, before announcing the winners.
Any Connacht competitors who win, will get one our brand new ITFHQ Ireland gear bags. Needless to say, EVERY student should participate.

Working hard to keep our students learning and training. Have produced more that 12 pre-recorded videos, last week. Had our first trial run for Live online classes, this morning. Will be doing a second on Wednesday, and will be ready to offer 2-3 Live online classes per week to everyone, from next weekend.
