What an amazing day yesterday in Ballincollig for open streets 2026. People came from far and wide to see what our great town has to offer, thank you for everyone who stopped by to say hello at our basketball stall and to our volunteers who ran the event so well. We will be back again next year, it’s takes a village 🙏

Ballincollig Basketball are delighted to welcome Spanish guard Alejandro (Alex) Bellver to the Superleague squad for the new season! 🏀🔥

A product of the renowned Valencia Basket academy, Alejandro progressed through the club’s system before making his Liga ACB debut with the senior team. He has since built valuable experience across the Spanish leagues and has also represented Spain at youth level. 🇪🇸

At 1.95m, Alejandro brings size, versatility and quality on both ends of the floor — and we can’t wait to see him in the Village! 💪🔥
