I am so incredibly proud of this girl😍 She has worked so hard the last few years to get to where she is now!

It has not by any means been a straight forward road but she has got past all obstacles placed in front of her and is now officially Dr. Gemma Kelly😃 Congratulations again🎉👏

After over a year doing 1-1 personal training I have finished up! I will be moving fully to Online Coaching💻

The last year and a bit have been amazing and I can not thank everyone enough for the support they have giving to me❤️

I have loved absolutely every minute of it and will definitely miss the interactions with clients!

With moving to England in August for a year it was the right time to finish up so I will enjoy my holidays in June!😎

I will be taking on new online clients from Mid July, at the start of June I will post up for anyone that would like to book a spot for Online Coaching👊🏻

Feeling like Billy Maddison going back to school!📚

Last week I started Strength & Conditioning with . I am always aiming to progress my knowledge in the industry and making sure that I am the best Coach I can be🧠

Anyone can be a Personal Trainer, but not everyone can be a Coach! Being a Coach takes a lot more than just a 30 minute session, twice a week. Take notice of what is going on in your clients life, how they are the day after their sessions, is there anything more you can do as a Coach to help them improve!

I will never know enough, it’s impossible! But making sure I’m improving myself as a Coach through reading, courses, seminars is a absolute must!✅

I am really excited for the next few months and years ahead!✌️

Monday is a day of beginnings and new starts. It’s a day where the week is before you and possibilities are endless. Begin the week with momentum and you’ll look back with great satisfaction on all you achieved👏

On the other hand, Monday can also be stressful. It’s back to work time. You may be facing a bad boss or a negative work environment🚫

So let’s make this Monday one of the good ones. One where you demonstrate the power of a positive attitude and rocket toward your goals🚀

What do I eat in a day?

Honestly, who gives a sh*t!🤷‍♂️

If there’s one thing I couldn’t care less about (unless your my client) is what you eat in a day🙄

Social media is used so easily to manipulate people! Not saying everyone does it but you’d have a lot of people that will show you what they eat only on a good day!

What about those other 6 days of the week?🤔

I certainly don’t eat the same food every single day because I would get bored of that and wouldn’t enjoy it!

You need to be able to mix things around correctly and stay within your calorie goals.

What someone eats in a day shouldn’t matter to you because we all have different needs, some of us have conditions, some of us are intolerant to certain foods, so PLEASE don’t start copying what someone puts up what they eat in a day!🤦🏻‍♂️

So it’s being recommended that the NHS should make available a “Weight Loss Jab” to obese people who are struggling to lose weight🤦🏻‍♂️

The jab is said to make people fuller, what also makes people more full is eating properly and making good food choices!

What is basically being said here is that it doesn’t matter if your obese we’ve got you! No need to exercise, no need to eat healthy, a few jabs and your sorted!

UTTER BU****IT! This is the completely wrong message to be sending to people who are struggling to lose weight!

The majority of our health problems comes from our own actions and the bad habits that people have created for themselves.

I would genuinely be shocked if this went through! And the thing is, the people who said “Nah mate I’m not getting the covid jab it’s too dodgy” are probably going to be the people who get the “weight loss jab”🙄

This will create more problems than it will solve I can guarantee that!
