''I've been training for almost a year now in F.1.T. but it was always on and off. I'd go for a few weeks and then give up again, or had holidays or weddings etc that would throw me off it. So at the end of the summer, after my third holiday that year I decided to sign up for personal training with Sean O' Gorman Personal Trainer. I had heard he was a tough trainer so I was definitely nervous starting off, but from the minute we started our first session the nerves just disappeared! He was so nice and constantly reassuring me that I could do it, despite all my moaning!! π
Sean gave me my meal plan which was brilliant because it was personalised for me, which foods I do and don't like! It was all about me! π He has been so supportive both in and out of the gym, answering my random questions about food or training at all hours!! π My goal was to lose weight and tone up, end of, but I never expected to actually enjoy going to the gym!
I started off only going twice a week maybe at the most, to doing 2 pt sessions and 3-4 classes a week! The classes are amazing! Each trainer is so different and push you all the way! I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm delighted with the results so far. ππ»I'm so happy that I started working with Sean and all the staff at F.1.T. they're all amazing and I can't wait to get stuck into it for 2017!! πͺπ»''
