🚴 Quick Cleat Check at Barry’s Cycles

This is a perfect example of why cleats should be checked regularly.

The cleat on the right has been worn down so much it’s damaged the shoe and could easily cause a slip or crash.

If your cleats are:
• Hard to clip in or out
• Worn down
• Feeling loose in the pedal
